On Court Player Development® is a systemic approach to fixing the problems that are challenging grassroots basketball by restoring the original intention of sports participation – character building & life lessons and the fundamentals of the game in communities across the country.

On Court Player Development® is a cohesive plan that creates a united front for every major stakeholder in grassroots basketball. The program includes the development of a centralized coach certification program; establishment of "Americanized" basketball academies nationwide; technology and online communication vehicles that will build communities and share information with parents, athletes and coaches.

The program is supported and endorsed by our advisory team, which includes Herb Brown, assistant coach of the Charlotte Bobcats; Dan Bonner, analyst for CBS Sports' NCAA Men's Basketball; Mark Price, former NBA All-Star and shooting consultant for the Atlanta Hawks; Bob Rathbun, Fox Sports South/Atlanta Hawks play-by-play; noted fitness trainer Jackie Ansley; NBA referee Joe Forte; Jan van Breda Kolff, former NBA player and college coach; Duane Ferrell, former NBA player and player relations and programs manager for the Atlanta Hawks; LaVon Mercer, former Maccabi Tel Aviv legend, and associate director and head coach of Spelman College; and Kevin Cantwell, former associate head basketball coach at Georgia Tech and one of the nation's all-time best recruiters.
