E’s Grueling Workout 60
E’s Grueling Workout (named after Smith College basketball extraordinaire Elias Leight) will help your passing game. Find yourself a good passing partner; put one of you under the basket and the other at the top of the 3-point line. Pass the ball to the point and sprint out to the wing to receive a pass; catch the ball, square up and drive hard to the basket. Get your own rebound and pass out to the point. Next, sprint to the other wing for a pass and repeat on that side of the court. Repeat for 10 sets of 10 drives/shots varying shots with pull-up jumpers going in both directions and 3-point shots. Vary your lay ups as well. Take two free throws in between each set. Your goal: 75 percent.
