Kevin Cantwell has spent a career – more than 28 years, to be exact – recruiting, coaching, teaching and molding young men. Cantwell knows the impact the game has on today's players – psychically and emotionally. Over the years, he has used the sport of basketball as a tool to teach the emotional side of life, believing that every player possesses a quality that is unique to him or her. Ask him, and he will tell you that this quality can be built upon through hard work and perseverance.
